IMPORTANT NOTICE TO IMPORTERS OF CE-MARKED PRODUCTS FOR THE EU/EEA EFTA STATES* & TURKEY

  1. Following the revision of certain EU Directives in 2014, the importer who places CE-marked products on the EU market, including the EEA EFTA States* and Turkey, is obliged to accompany the products with the following three elements: his (1) name, (2) registered trade name or trade mark and (3) the address at which he can be contacted.

    One or more EU Directives listed in the following table are applicable to our products with CE marking. After the transposition period of the relevant Directives, the importer who imports and places our product with CE marking as independently (not as incorporated in another device/equipment) on the market must indicate the above three elements according to the requirements of the Directives.

    *EEA EFTA States: Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway
