032001 I want to measure variation of a signal and to alarm when the variation (deviation from the initial value) exceeds a certain value.

032002 I want to have an alarm when the temperature difference in 2 measuring points exceeds the preset range. I need to distinguish positive temperature difference (deviation) from negative deviation.

032004 I plan to monitor in an office valve travel installed in the field. Can I get four alarm contact signals (HH, H, L, LL) by just installing a pair of CVV cales between the field and the office?

032007 One of the AYDV's input signals is limited to 1-5Vdc. Our customer wishes to have both inputs 4-20mA DC. Can we use the resistor module?

032078 We are fish farmer. There are 2(two) illuminating lamp beside a farm pond and these lamps are turned on all the time. For prompt system recovery purpose, we’d like to have alarm contact signal when the lamps could be run off or failure. Does M-System have any limit alarm unit for this purpose? We are using 60W illuminating lamp that is supplied 100V AC power input.

032133 We’d like to monitor a driving current of a motor, which is installed in our factory line. If the driving current becomes over-current, we need to send an alarm contact signal to a PLC so that the PLC can send a shutoff signal to the motor. However, we don’t need to respond to inrush current, which is usually generated when motor boots up.
Does M-System have a suitable unit to meet the requirement above?

032153 We have a wheeled platform operated by 48V DC (connected 2 pcs. of 24V DC batteries in series). The batteries are also used as 24V DC power supplies of the PLC and relays. I want to get an alarm output when battery voltage drops to 20V DC. However, usually a limit alarm module won’t function when its power supply drops to that level. Is there any suitable product for this case?

032159 The dust eliminator is used at sand basin of sewage treatment plant. It is controlled to operate by comparing the water levels. Across the filter, water levels are compared and the dust eliminator is operated when the difference becomes greater. We are considering to use a deviation alarm that accepts signals from 2 sets of 2-wire type level sensors. Two relay outputs are used for alarming “water-level difference normal” and start operating the dust eliminator at “water-level difference abnormal”. It is also required the current loop supply as there is no power source available where sensors are installed.
