However, in such a configuration, short-circuit, open-circuit or ground loop at one part of the loop could affect the entire system.Galvanically separating each part of the loop is beneficial to contain any damage to the limited section in case of an accident, thus to making troubleshooting easier, minimizing the system downtime.
